RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

Returns & Exchanges within 30 days Any unworn or undamaged healthcare apparel may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

All purchases over 15 days cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any worn or damaged healthcare apparel cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Custom and customized items are all final sale. They will not be accepted for refund or exchanged.

Contact us at returns@scrubharvard.ca to initiate a return process using Returns or Refunds as the subject.

All items must be returned in the original packaging (box and protective pouch) along with the original receipt (included in shipping). Any items received after 30 days will not be refunded.

We will notify you via email once your returns have been received and approved.

If your request for refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If cost of shipping was included in your order, you will be refunded the amount minus $10 (or the actual shipping amount whichever is greater) for shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to withhold up to a 10% restocking fee for any refund (this is required to cover credit card and other processing fees that we do not recover on cancelled orders).  We will withhold this amount on any order that is cancelled due to change of mind.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

DEFECTIVE APPAREL

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

We will cover the expense of making a claim under our guarantee by offering You pre-paid shipping for any returns under this guarantee. To return an item under our guarantee, please follow the steps for returns detailed above. Once your items are returned, you will receive notification of your refund or new order.

Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them and made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our facility in Ontario, Canada. We offer free shipping to orders over CAD $99 within Canada. Orders below $99 attract a flat rate of $20. International shipping fees apply for international orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after an order has been placed for ready to wear healthcare apparel and 10-20 business days for custom or customized orders (few can take longer due to production). International orders may take more time to be received after been shipped out.

Scrub Harvard shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Scrub Harvard is responsible for orders until they leave our facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a secure delivery location for your order as we will not replace or refund orders that show tracking marked as delivered.
