To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@scrubharvard.ca.  Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or carrier.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99.99. For orders under $99.99, a flat shipping rate of $20 will be applied.

Pre-order items ship dates are indicated in the product description. Most pre-orders require a 6 - 8 week period.

If you have pre-order and in-stock items in the your cart, your full order will be shipped out when your pre-order items are ready to ship. To receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

It depends on your delivery location. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
